Application
The Vibro discharger is designed for the discharge of flour, feed, chemical powders, pharmaceutical materials, and other powdery or granular products with similar flow characteristics.
The unit uses a Vibro discharger as the excitation source to generate high-frequency vibration of the discharge hopper. A conical distribution cone is installed at the center of the hopper, ensuring that materials flow slowly, evenly, and continuously toward the outlet. At the same time, the vibration effectively prevents material bridging and arching inside the silo, making it an ideal solution for reliable silo discharge.

Multiple Cone Options For Different Materials
Depending on the material characteristics, discharge cones with angles of 30°, 40°, or 55° can be selected. This allows the equipment to handle a wide range of materials, including flour, wheat, bran, corn meal, and similar products.
Smooth Material Flow With No Residue
The Vibro discharger is formed by integral rolling, providing excellent rigidity and a smooth inner surface. The upward-projecting conical discharge plate ensures complete material flow and minimizes material retention inside the discharger.
Adjustable Vibration Parameters
Both the vibration force and vibration amplitude can be adjusted conveniently to achieve optimal discharge performance for different materials.
Enhanced Operational Safety
The discharge cone is directly welded to the transverse support plate, providing greater structural strength and operational reliability.
