Application
The MMT/MMTL Roller Mill's grinding rolls are horizontally arranged, allowing smooth material entry into the grinding zone, and making disassembly and maintenance easy.
The MMT/MMTL Roller Mill adopts pneumatic control for the engagement and disengagement of the grinding rolls. A servo feeding device enables automatic coupling and operation between the grinding rolls and feed rolls, while the opening of the feed gate is automatically adjusted according to the material level.

The roller mill can be operated under either single-machine control or centralized control systems.
A three-wheel system with toothed wedge belt transmission ensures no tooth skipping, no belt deviation, stable operation, and low noise.
The belt tensioning device adopts an elastic automatic compensation structure, extending belt service life.
The grinding rolls use self-aligning roller bearings to ensure precise concentric rotation and withstand high speed and high grinding pressure.
The MMT/MMTL Roller Mill uses high-quality double-head centrifugal cast grinding rolls that are dynamically balanced, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.
The grinding roll assembly is self-stressed, enabling highly accurate control of roll gap and maintaining stable operation.
The fine adjustment of roll gap features a simple and labor-saving structure with mechanical locking for easy operation.
A negative-pressure air suction system improves feeding conditions, reduces the temperature of grinding rolls and materials, and enhances grinding efficiency.
An automatic self-cleaning structure removes buildup from the feed rolls quickly and easily.
A scraper cleaning system ensures thorough cleaning, easy adjustment, roll protection, and reduced power consumption.
The cast iron base reduces vibration and noise, while the side frames are welded from high-quality steel plates and connected to the base with high-strength bolts.
The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed structure with electrostatic spray surface treatment.
