Structure of powder making equipment

Flour milling equipment (such as Raymond mills, trapezoidal mills, and vertical mills) typically consists of a main unit, analyzer (or classifier), blower, finished product cyclone separator, micro-powder cyclone separator, and ductwork.

 

The main unit comprises a frame, inlet volute, blades, grinding rollers, grinding ring, and casing.

 

For Raymond/trapezoidal mills, the core of the main unit usually includes a central rotating spindle, a perforated frame, suspended grinding rollers, and a grinding ring. Centrifugal force forces the grinding rollers to press against the grinding ring to complete the grinding process. High-pressure mills install high-pressure springs on the grinding roller hangers to provide greater grinding pressure. Vertical mills (such as the LUM series) use a combination of grinding discs and grinding rollers, and may be equipped with hydraulic devices for easy removal and maintenance of the grinding rollers.

 

With the development of technology, modern powder-making equipment often integrates intelligent control systems as an important component on the basis of mechanical structure, such as frequency conversion speed regulation and precision feeding systems, multi-parameter monitoring and adjustment systems, and intelligent fault diagnosis and early warning systems.
