1. ‌Belt Conveyor
Its core components include driving rollers, driven rollers, conveyor belts and idler roller groups. According to the different materials of conveyor belts, they can be divided into rubber belts, plastic belts and metal belts. Belt conveyors are suitable for transporting bulk materials such as coal, ore, and grain, and can also be used for transporting packaged items, boxes, and other finished items. Its advantages are large conveying capacity, smooth operation, and simple maintenance. However, the conveyor belt is easy to wear and needs to be replaced regularly.

2. ‌Chain Conveyor‌
Chain conveyors use chains as traction components and realize material transportation through sprocket drive. According to the different structure of the chain, it can be divided into types such as double speed chain, plate chain and scraper chain. The double-speed chain conveyor realizes high-speed transportation through the meshing of the chain and the sprocket, and is suitable for the rapid transportation of light materials; the plate chain conveyor carries materials through a flat chain, and is suitable for the transportation of heavy or large items; the scraper conveyor uses a scraper to transport materials along a closed pipe, and is often used for vertical or inclined transportation of bulk materials such as coal and grain. The advantages of chain conveyors are compact structure and strong load-bearing capacity, but the chain is easy to wear and requires regular lubrication and maintenance.

3. ‌Roller Conveyor‌
The roller conveyor realizes the transportation of materials through multiple parallel rollers, and is suitable for transporting packages, boxes and other finished items. According to the driving mode of the roller, it can be divided into powered roller conveyor and unpowered roller conveyor. Powered roller conveyors use a motor to drive the drum to rotate to achieve active transportation of materials; unpowered roller conveyors rely on the gravity of the materials themselves or manual pushing to achieve transportation. The advantages of roller conveyor are simple structure, smooth operation and easy maintenance, but the conveying distance and speed are limited.

4. ‌Screw Conveyor‌
The screw conveyor transports materials along a closed pipeline through rotating spiral blades. It is suitable for vertical or inclined transportation of bulk materials such as coal, grain, cement, etc. Its advantages are compact structure, small floor space, and good sealing, but the conveying distance and speed are limited, and it is easy to block.

5. ‌Pneumatic Conveyor‌
Pneumatic conveyors use airflow to transport materials along pipelines, and are suitable for transporting powdery and granular materials. According to the direction of air flow, it can be divided into suction type, pressure type and mixed type. The advantages of pneumatic conveyors are long conveying distance, large conveying capacity, and easy automatic control. However, it consumes high energy and has certain requirements on the particle size and humidity of materials.

6. ‌Vibrating Conveyor‌
The vibration conveyor uses the excitation force generated by the vibration motor to move the material along the conveyor trough, and is suitable for conveying granular and powdery materials. Its advantages are simple structure, low energy consumption and easy maintenance, but the conveying distance and speed are limited, and it has certain requirements on the particle size and humidity of the material.

7. ‌Suspension Conveyor‌
Suspended conveyors transport materials suspended in the air through suspended chains or tracks, and are suitable for assembly lines in automobiles, home appliances and other industries. Its advantages are that it occupies a small area and is easy to realize automatic control, but its carrying capacity is limited and it has certain requirements on the shape and size of materials.
