Basic Characteristics Of Grain Cleaning Equipment

May 01, 2026 Leave a message

Grain cleaning equipment typically consists of basic functional modules such as feeding, screening/separation, transmission, dust removal, and discharge, aiming to efficiently and cleanly complete the tasks of grain cleaning, selection, and grading.

A typical grain cleaning machine (such as a mobile air-separation grain cleaner) usually consists of a working part and a frame support part. The working part mainly includes a feed hopper, screen cylinder (or screen mesh), fan, dust collector, transmission device (such as motor and reducer), conveying components (such as auger), and various impurity outlets (large light impurity outlet, small impurity outlet, clean grain outlet), etc. The frame support part includes the main frame and wheels for easy movement.

Modern grain cleaning machinery emphasizes large-scale, high-efficiency, and environmentally friendly design. Technological development is reflected in improving cleaning efficiency and cleanliness through the combination of multiple processes such as primary screening and air separation, and breakthroughs have been achieved in key technologies such as large-scale equipment, low energy consumption, automated control, and dust removal and environmental protection to meet the needs of modern grain processing.
