Filling Equipment: This type of equipment is mainly used to fill products into packaging containers in predetermined quantities. For example, liquid filling machines are suitable for filling various liquid products, such as beverages and edible oils; granule packaging machines are suitable for packaging granular products, such as candy and seeds. The accuracy and speed of the filling equipment directly affect packaging efficiency and product quality.
Wrapping Equipment: Wrapping equipment is used to wrap products wholly or partially with flexible packaging materials. Common wrapping equipment includes stretch wrapping machines and shrink wrapping machines. Stretch wrapping machines use a rotating platform and stretch film to wrap the product in multiple layers to achieve fixation and protection; shrink wrapping machines utilize the shrinkage property of shrink film after heating to tightly wrap the product, improving its moisture and dust resistance.
Sealing Equipment: Sealing equipment is mainly used to seal packaging containers to prevent product leakage or external contamination. Common sealing equipment includes heat sealing machines and pressure sealing machines. Heat sealing machines melt and bond the packaging material through heating to achieve sealing; pressure sealing machines use pressure to tightly adhere the packaging material, achieving a sealing effect.
Labeling Equipment: Labeling equipment is used to affix labels to packaging containers to provide product information, brand identification, etc. There are various types of labeling equipment, including self-adhesive labeling machines and sleeve labeling machines. Self-adhesive labeling machines are suitable for packaging containers of various shapes and sizes, offering high labeling accuracy; sleeve labeling machines are suitable for cylindrical packaging containers, such as bottled beverages, enabling high-speed and accurate labeling.
Cleaning Equipment: Before packaging, packaging containers need to be cleaned to remove impurities and contaminants. Cleaning equipment includes ultrasonic cleaners and spray cleaners. Ultrasonic cleaners utilize the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquids to deeply clean packaging containers; spray cleaners use high-pressure water jets to rinse the packaging containers, achieving the cleaning purpose.
Drying Equipment: After cleaning, packaging containers need to be dried to prevent moisture from affecting the product. Drying equipment includes hot air circulating ovens and infrared dryers. Hot air circulating ovens heat and dry packaging containers using hot air circulation; infrared dryers utilize infrared radiation to rapidly dry packaging containers.
Sterilization Equipment: For packaged products requiring sterilization, such as food and pharmaceuticals, sterilization equipment is necessary. Sterilization equipment includes high-temperature autoclaves and ultraviolet sterilizers. High-temperature autoclaves sterilize packaged products using high temperature and high pressure; ultraviolet sterilizers utilize ultraviolet radiation to sterilize packaged products.
