When selecting a model, consider the following three dimensions:
1. Match the model to processing capacity
Hourly output below 5 tons: Compact equipment, power under 3kW, suitable for small processing points.
Hourly output 30 tons or more: Requires a motor of 7.5kW or higher; industrial-grade models with access doors are recommended.
Special material requirements: For large-particle crops such as broad beans, choose customized models with enlarged air ducts.
2. Select the configuration based on sorting accuracy
Basic impurity removal: Ordinary carbon steel material + single air duct is sufficient.
High cleanliness requirements: Stainless steel material + dual air duct design, such as for processing pharmaceutical raw materials.
Mixed sorting: Use a gravity separator for secondary refining.
3. Evaluate alternative solutions. When the material contains complex types of impurities, consider:
Air classifier: Suitable for precise grading of micro-powder materials.
Color sorter: Removes discolored particles through optical identification, but is more expensive.
