Product Description
This horizontal wheat scourer is used in the cleaning section of flour mills. It effectively removes impurities such as soil and bran particles from the furrow (crease) of wheat kernels. Horizontal wheat scourer can also break down soil lumps mixed in with wheat and disintegrate weak, diseased, or deteriorated kernels.
The separated fine dust, broken particles, and light impurities are discharged through the sieve cylinder openings and collected from the dust outlet.
The equipment can also be used in oilseed processing plants for beating and cleaning impurities such as soil lumps mixed in rapeseed and soybeans.
