This Intensive scourer is a high-performance surface cleaning equipment for granular materials. Intensive scourer is integrates the functions of gentle grinding, impact, and brushing to effectively remove impurities from the surface of grains.
In flour milling cleaning sections, it can remove soil, bran hairs, and other adhering impurities from the furrow of wheat kernels. It can also break down soil lumps, small brick particles, and weak, diseased, deteriorated, or insect-damaged kernels mixed in wheat. In particular, it provides deep cleaning of grain surfaces, removing residual pesticide particles and harmful microorganisms.
The Intensive scourer performs precise kernel-by-kernel cleaning, removing outer bran layers, outer pericarp, bran hairs, fine dust, and surface-attached microorganisms without damaging the inner bran layers, seed coat, or aleurone layer. This ensures the integrity of bran particles while reducing ash content in the processed material, with ash reduction reaching up to 0.01% or better.
According to different process requirements, the beating and brushing elements can be freely interchanged, making it a versatile and advanced surface cleaning solution.
