Application(low pressure)
This grain dust centrifugal fan is suitable for ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings. grain dust centrifugal fan is used to convey air and other non-spontaneously combustible, non-harmful gases to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials.
The grain dust centrifugal fan gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particle content should not exceed 150 mg/m³. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80°C.
Features
The fan includes a fan bracket, shock absorber, and motor base; the fan bracket is fully enclosed for improved safety and durability.
The impeller blades are made of manganese steel wear-resistant material for extended service life.
Surface treatment includes sandblasting and electrostatic spraying on both internal and external surfaces. Paint color and RAL code can be customized according to customer requirements.
All connecting bolts are grade 8.8 or higher, galvanized, and equipped with flat washers and spring washers for secure fastening.
An ash-cleaning inspection port is installed on the side of the fan outlet housing for easy maintenance and inspection.
The casing and impeller are made of high-strength steel plates with specified thickness: casing front and rear walls ≥ 3 mm, impeller front wall ≥ 3 mm, rear wall ≥ 4 mm. Blades are made of 16Mn wear-resistant steel with a minimum thickness of 4 mm.
