Bran Finisher

In the flour milling process, this Bran finisher is used for bran treatment in the front and middle reduction systems. It processes bran flakes from the coarse sieves of the break system, reducing the load on the later reduction passages, improving grinding and sifting efficiency, and lowering energy consumption.

Bran finisher can also be applied in the tail-end system to further process bran discharged from the final break system and tailing plansifter, reducing the flour content remaining in the bran.
