Application
The centrifugal disinfestor is an essential piece of equipment in flour mills. Entoleter is mainly used in grain processing and milling systems to impact particles and intermediate products, promoting the separation of endosperm adhered to the bran surface, eliminating insects and insect eggs, and improving flour storage stability. Entoleter is widely used before flour storage or final packaging.
Features
Material is fed from the central inlet into the machine, where it is subjected to strong impact from a high-speed rotating rotor inside the chamber. The material then exits the rotor at a linear speed of up to 80 m/s, striking the impact ring, which significantly reduces the number of insect eggs present. At the same time, the endosperm is loosened and separated from the bran.
Inside the spiral cast-iron housing, the material is collected and discharged through the outlet. The centrifugal disinfestor allows flexible installation in any position, including both vertical floor-mounted and suspended installation configurations.
